Thank you for pre-ordering a UDU product. We understand that waiting for your order can be exciting yet challenging. Our refund policy for pre-orders is designed to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind.



1. Eligibility for Refund:



You may request a refund for your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped.

If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has been shipped but before it is delivered to you, our standard refund policy (outlined below) will apply.



2. Pre-Order Cancellation:



To request a refund for your pre-order, please contact our customer support team at support@udugames.com.

Refund requests made before the product is shipped will be processed promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the pre-order.



3. Standard Refund Policy (After Product Delivery):



If you choose to cancel your pre-order after the product has been shipped but before it is delivered to you, our standard refund policy applies as follows:

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund in accordance with our standard refund policy.



4. Return Shipping:

You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.



6. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable, and cover any return shipping costs in such cases.



5. Refund Processing Time:



Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.






5. Non-Refundable Items:



Certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to, digital content, downloadable software, and personalized or customized products.



6. International Orders:



For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and taxes might be non-refundable. You may be responsible for these charges upon returning the product.



7. Changes to This Policy:



UDU reserves the right to update or modify this pre-order refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
